While you are attending the convention on business, we know that you will also enjoy this as a family vacation. While you will be busy with the convention, you will still have free time to see lots of things on the ship and in ports of call. There is a lot of information on this site pertaining to the vacation portion and we encourage you to take full advantage of the opportunities on this sailing. Many of the participants and parents of our participants find that this convention experience provides them an opportunity, that they may not otherwise take, for valuable parent-child together time.

Carnival Miracle is a ship you may not believe when you see… but definitely don’t miss seeing this one!
We knew exactly what we were doing when we named this ship Carnival Magic…and we’re sure you’ll agree.
At 1,004 feet, this one continued the Dream class tradition of large-scale, bow-to-stern cruise ship fun including food-and-entertainment space Ocean Plaza, the splashy stylings of Carnival WaterWorks… and The Lanai, a convenient, scenic half-mile outdoor wraparound promenade deck. In other words, a cruise on Carnival Magic has no shortage of its namesake charm!
It's no surprise Carnival Magic debuted all-new ways to have a good time onboard, and continues to prove it with the outdoor fitness-and-fun of SportSquare, featuring the world’s first ropes course at sea. This is also the ship that introduced the world to Cucina del Capitano, which serves up Italian favorites fit for a captain. And who can forget their first taste of RedFrog Pub, with its laid back, not-a-worry-to-be-found atmosphere… not to mention its exclusive, tasty, not-a-drop-to-be-found (on land, that is) beer, ThirstyFrog Red. Keeping with the times, Carnival Magic now even features fleet highlights Guy’s Burger Joint, BlueIguana Cantina, Alchemy Bar and RedFrog Rum Bar… plus the first-of-its kind Guy’s Pig & Anchor Bar-B-Que Smokehouse.
Carnival Magic has a history of starting good things... and even more importantly, the desire to share them with guests.
Step 1: Cabin Registration - Click on the "Registration" link above and fill out all of the information for each person in the cabin. At the end will be a "Submit" button to send your information.
Step 2: Select Your Cabin Type - Click on the "Select Your Cabin" link above and with the information on each cabin type, use the drop down menus (arrow to the right ON the button gives you the other options) to check the final pricing for each type of cabin paired with the number of people that will be in your cabin. This step is where you pay the deposit or the full price of your cabin. After August 25th, the website will be updated and the deposit option will be removed. You may receive an email with additional instructions if one step was completed and the other was not. You will receive an email confirmation if step 1 and step 2 are both completed. The email will contain your booking number with Carnival and the names and dates of birth for each person in the cabin. PLEASE check this carefully to make sure that each name and date of birth is correct. Final Balances are due August 25th.
Step 3: Book your hotel room for the night before the cruise (Nov 10) - Click on the "FAQ's" link above and scroll down the page to the information on our PRE-CRUISE HOTEL. Staying in our host hotel is optional but highly recommended. There is always a possibility of flight delays and there is no such thing on a cruise as a "late check-in". When the ship pulls away from the dock on Nov 11 at 4:00 PM sharp, you must be on the ship or you will miss this cruise. ALL of the east and west coast agents are in the host hotel the night before the cruise. It's a good idea for you to be there too.
Step 4: Book your ground transportation - Also on the FAQ's page is the information on booking your ground transportation from the Orlando International Airport (MCO). It is recommended that you book your ground transportation at least two - three weeks out from when your flight lands. There is a link and also a phone number; whichever works for you. Make sure that you get a confirmation email or confirmation number to ensure that you are guaranteed that they will be there when you land.

You are not considered registered for the event until you have booked your cabin online at this website and paid your convention fee. You must book cabins with the group to be a part of the group. Due to event space allotment, a $250 processing fee, per person, (event fee) will apply for any cabins not booked through this cabin registration website.
